Collecting your keys

Keys are released from our office at 18 Headingley Lane, LS6 2AS, once the first rent and deposit have cleared and the tenancy has started.

Please bring photo ID. If you're a group, the lead tenant should be there. We can then issue the remaining sets.

We'll go through the inventory on collection or at the property, depending on the home. Open My Spencer before you leave so the handbook is on your phone.
