Spencer Properties is a family business. We only ever let properties we own, so we can always make sure they’re quality homes. The office is on Headingley Lane. The same family still runs it.

If it’s on this website, we own it. That means we look after the spec, the repairs and the people who live there.

Students pay no admin fees. We dropped them years ago with Leeds University Union.
