Guests and overnight stays

Reasonable guests are expected. A partner staying a night or two is normal.

Someone living there who isn't on the tenancy is not. That's overcrowding, insurance, and a problem for the people who are on the contract.

If you want to add someone, ask. We'll tell you honestly whether the house and the agreement can take it.
