Giving notice and moving out

Most of our student lets run to a fixed end date. If you need to leave earlier, talk to us, sometimes we can re-let.

We'll send a moving-out checklist in My Spencer: clean, defrost, meter readings, forwarding address.

Checkout is an appointment, not a surprise. Be there if you can. Deposit returns follow the TDS timetable once we agree the check-out report.
