Paying your rent

Rent is due on the date in your agreement, usually the 1st. Pay online in My Spencer → Payments, or by standing order using the reference we gave you.

If you're on an all-inclusive package, that weekly figure is the whole thing, don't pay utilities separately.

If a payment will be late, tell us before the due date. Silence is what creates fees and awkward emails.
