Someone wants to leave the group

If a housemate wants out, email us. Depending on the agreement we can either find a replacement or discuss a surrender of that share.

The remaining household usually needs to agree the incoming person. We'll reference them the same way we did all of you.

Do not sublet informally. It puts the whole tenancy at risk and we will find out, because we look after the building.
