What counts as urgent

Urgent: no heating in cold weather, no hot water, blocked toilet if it's the only one, active leak, electrical failure, security.

Soon: a dripping tap, a slow radiator, an appliance that's down but you have alternatives.

Routine: a missing handle, a squeaky door, a cosmetic crack. We'll still do it. It just isn't tonight.
