Some homes include fibre. Others you'll set up yourself, the handbook says which.
If your home is on an all-inclusive bills package, fibre is already live. The network name and password are in My Spencer → Your Wi-Fi.
If not, the handbook lists the cabinet / Openreach details and the providers that serve the street.
Don't drill, don't run cable through windows. If you need a socket moving, raise a maintenance job.
