In January 2025, the Rate Your Landlord Awards were held at Leeds University Union’s Pyramid Theatre, organised by the Student Executive Teams of Leeds University Union and Leeds Beckett Students’ Union.

The awards celebrate top-rated landlords chosen by Leeds students, customer service, the letting process, repairs, value, safety.

Spencer Properties won Best Managing Agent. Rate Your Landlord is a platform for tenants to rate their experience. We also hold a Customer Service Excellence award from allAgents, a Safer Leeds Award, and landlord of the year awards for international and postgraduate students.
