We always aim to hand over properties in great condition, and we provide a detailed inventory. For your own peace of mind, do your own checks too.

Take photos and videos of every room, including close-ups of marks and wear. Check the inventory. Note anything damaged or not working and send it to us in the first few days.

Take meter readings the day you move in. Test the locks. Learn the boiler. Find out the bin day. Save the My Spencer number before you need it.
